Coal is an important strategic resource in my country.The development of coal has provided an important material foundation and energy guarantee for the process of industrialization in my country,but at the same time it has also caused many ecological and environmental problems.In order to coordinate the contradiction between the development of coal resources and the environmental protection of the mining area,the state has formulated a series of ecological compensation systems.However,because ecological compensation involves the interests of multiple entities,there are complex behavioral links between entities,which leads to ecological environmental problems in coal development.After the implementation of the rectification measures,there was a rebound again,and the phenomenon of "short-term improvement,long-term deterioration" appeared.Therefore,by defining the main body of ecological compensation and combining with the current ecological compensation system,this article constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model and a system dynamics simulation model of the main body of compensation,and explores the influence of key factors on the choice of the main body of compensation.Improve the ecological compensation system for coal resource development to provide reference.The main research contents are as follows:First,define the concept and connotation of ecological compensation for coal resource development,combine the practical application of ecological compensation at home and abroad,and summarize the forms and types of ecological compensation for coal resource development;based on externality theory,stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory,combined with coal resources the development of ecological compensation issues is discussed,laying the theoretical foundation of this article.Secondly,according to the stakeholder theory and expert scoring method,the coal resource development stakeholders are screened,the Mitchell scoring method is used to classify the selected stakeholders,and the ecological compensation subject to be studied is defined;Interest demands,discuss the game relationship between compensation subjects.Thirdly,under the premise of clarifying the interests and conflicts of the compensation subject,combined with the current ecological compensation system,by selecting reasonable parameters,constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model of the compensation subject,and discussing the stable state and strategic choice of the tripartite compensation subject to solve the problem of all parties in the game.The conditions that must be met to achieve a stable strategy.Finally,on the basis of the evolutionary game model,an evolutionary game system dynamics model is constructed.The Vensim PLE software is used to simulate the evolutionary trend of the behavioral strategy selection of the compensation subject,and the change trend of the subject's behavioral strategy affected by key factors is analyzed,and then it is proposed to promote Suggestions on the effective implementation of ecological compensation.There are 19 figures,11 tables and 71 references in this paper.
