WinCE system has been applied in the field of numerical control with its advantages of real-time,system simplicity and customizability.The application of AI theory in the industrial field promotes the development of numerical control technology towards the direction of adaptive processing parameters.However,the simplicity of WinCE system itself is contrary to the high performance computing requirements required by AI technology.Taking the application of AI technology in WinCE system as the starting point,the CNC technology of wire cutting based on C/S architecture is systematically studied.Based on the concept of Client/Server(C/S),the embedded wire cutting system is designed,and the functions and structures of the Client with WinCE system as the operating environment and the Server with Linux system as the operating environment are designed respectively by using the structuring idea.The three-layer structure of server,client and lower computer motion control is built,and the specific content is as follows:(1)Implementation of client software.The CAD/CAM functions of wire cutting were studied,including drawing,editing,track access,track ordering,track simulation,output of machining code,etc.The automatic programming functions of wire cutting plane machining and taper machining were realized.At the same time,the serial port module was researched and developed,and the communication with the lower computer was realized.(2)Realization of motion control of lower computer.The motion control framework was built,the code parsing and forward-looking processing were studied,and the conversion of machining codes to parameters such as machining speed and distance was realized.By using PWM(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM for short),a suitable path motor driving scheme is developed to realize the path control of wire cutting.At the same time,the backoff function and the adaptive discharge are theoretically analyzed and studied.On the whole,through the configuration of serial port,the control of the client to the lower computer are realized.(3)Server/client interaction.The server adopts the idea of one-to-many,the functional modules of deep learning and machine learning models suitable for wire cutting are designed,and the high concurrency models of server and database are analyzed and studied by using the concurrency idea.The processing technology data and other information are stored structurally through the database,and the stable connection and access of multiple clients are realized.At the same time,the data packets and protocol contents between client and server are defined,and the identifiable data communication between client and server is realized.(4)System testing and experimental verification.The motion control platform built by ourselves and software simulation were used to test and verify the trajectory movement of wire cutting plane machining,the automatic programming of taper machining and the performance of server.The three-tier architecture model is adopted on the whole,and the separation of data storage,application and trajectory control makes the overall structure of the system reflect good hierarchy and expansibility.The embedded wire cutting system built with C/S architecture solves the problem of high cost of hardware required by real-time and high-performance computing,helps fully explore the value of processing technology data,and lays a foundation for the application of deep learning,machine learning and other models in embedded systems.
