Heat treatment process is an important and indispensable process in mechanical manufacturing.The mechanical properties of workpiece materials can be improved by heat treatment.However,a lot of energy will be consumed in the process.It is of great significance to obtain its energy consumption data.The heat treatment energy consumption data can be quickly obtained by energy consumption calculation,which can provide data support for product life cycle inventory analysis,heat treatment process energy saving and process optimization.The influencing factors of heat treatment energy consumption are deeply analyzed.According to the energy balance equation of heat treatment,the energy consumption of heat treatment process is divided into heat storage of workpiece by energy absorption,heat storage of auxiliary components by energy absorption,heat storage of shielding gas by absorption energy,energy lost by furnace wall,heat storage energy of equipment,and other energy consumption.Based on the theory of heat transfer,a theoretical model for calculating energy consumption of heat treatment process is established by analyzing the heat transfer process of heat treatment.The heat storage energy consumption of workpiece is the main part of the energy consumption of heat treatment processes.A method for calculating the heat storage energy consumption of workpiece by cubic spline interpolation of the specific heat capacity temperature curve of workpiece material is proposed.The heat treatment process scene information is deeply analyzed.Based on ontology technology,a conceptual ontology model of heat treatment process scene information for heat treatment energy consumption calculation is proposed and constructed.The heat treatment process scene data information is abstracted into the heat treatment process class,the heat treatment workpiece class,the heat treatment workpiece material class,the heat treatment equipment class and the heating process scheme class.The knowledge rules of heat treatment process energy consumption calculation are defined,and the knowledge representation model of heat treatment process energy consumption calculation is constructed.A heat treatment process energy consumption calculation framework fusing knowledge representation is proposed and constructed.Through knowledge reasoning on the input heat treatment process scenario data,each step scheme and process parameters of heat treatment process are obtained,so as to provide parameter data for heat treatment process energy consumption calculation.Based on Visual C + + development platform and integrating knowledge processing and engineering database system,a software system for heat treatment process energy consumption calculation is developed,including process scene information input module,heat treatment process knowledge processing module for energy consumption calculation,database of material properties,and process energy consumption calculation module.Only some basic process scenario information is input,the energy consumption data of heat treatment process can be obtained accurately and quickly.According to the energy consumption characteristics of heat treatment equipment,the collection scheme of heat treatment energy consumption is designed.Six groups of heat treatment energy consumption data and process scenario data were collected in the heat treatment workshops of several enterprises.The calculated data are compared with the collected data and discussion is implemented,which verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the heat treatment energy consumption calculation method proposed in this paper.
