With the economic development and the gradual growth of the new generation of young people,they have become the main members of the enterprise.The construction of the salary system,the escort guarantee and the innovation of the salary structure are facing a very large space for improvement.The traditional salary system presents a harmonious and ambiguous phenomenon,and the incentive effect is seriously insufficient,which leads to the low competitiveness of traditional enterprises.The fairness and incentive of the salary principle can not be reflected in the actual operation process of the enterprise,which is seriously divorced from the young people and excellent enterprises.H company is a traditional enterprise.Its founder is post-80 s and belongs to the youth era.However,due to the historical background and experience of the enterprise and the traditional industry reasons,there is a bottleneck in the human resource salary management.H company wants to break through the blue line in the traditional field of Red Sea.In addition to the adjustment of enterprise positioning and strategy,compensation strategy and incentive need to be re constructed.This paper takes the compensation system of H company as the research object,comprehensively combs the relevant theoretical knowledge and successful cases of salary management,performance pay,etc.at home and abroad,the same industry,etc.,through the investigation and statistics,case analysis and other ways,perspective the existing aspects of the compensation system that need to be improved,mainly because the pay system is not sufficiently hierarchical incentive,the process operation security system is not effective The salary structure and distribution mechanism of executives,technical posts,sales posts and ordinary pull wires of H company are optimized according to the position of the enterprise in the industry and the future development goals.It is linked with the performance appraisal,boldly innovates the welfare structure,and tends to be more flexible,keeping pace with the times and compatible with the system Culture can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and release the vitality of the enterprise,which is conducive to improving the core competitiveness of H company and providing reference for peers.
