| China is a fast-growing developing country in the world.Energy supports the rapid development of economy and society,while excessive consumption of energy also restricts its further development.The conflicts between them are more and more prominent.According to the statistics,one metal-printing factory consumes 1.5-2.0 million meter of natural gas per year and meanwhile releases simply-treated harmful gases and materials during production.There is still tremendous room for improvement in metal printing industry not only in energy-saving but also in environmental protection.Regenerative furnace is a kind of efficient organic gas treatment equipment.Project of regenerative furnace can satisfy different requirements of metal printing companies in many ways and can give solution to funding issues,environmental protection and energy-saving,This paper is based on procedural logic of risk management:risk identification,risk evaluation,risk coping and risk monitoring.In this paper,the research is carried out on project risk management with Project of regenerative furnace in Baosteel Packing as the research object.Based on theory of project risk management,this paper established a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with methods of Delphi and expert marking and did project risk identification and evaluation.This paper supplies corresponding measures to possible risk of Project of Regenerative furnace and give advice to monitoring of project risk.First of all,this article provides you with a brief introduction to project background of Project of regenerative furnace in Baosteel Packing,and presents the necessity of studying project risk.Secondly,with a elaboration of project risk management theory,this paper goes deeply into four stages of project risk:identification,evaluation,coping and monitoring.Thirdly,this article applies Brain-storming to identify project risk of Project of Regenerative furnace in Baosteel Packing.As a result,I draw a conclusion that the risks of our project could be classified into two categories of internal risk and external risk which mainly involved policy risk,market risk,construction risk,engineering quality risk and environmental protection risk and etc.Finally,this paper applies the methods of expert marking and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyses and evaluate its rationality and also presents relevant measures to project risk and with aim at Project characteristic and establish a contingency plan addressing risk as well as project risk management process in order to monitor risk. |
