On Classified Treatment Market Operation Mode Of Municipal Solid Waste In Guangzhou-Based On The Background Of Guangdong,Hong Kong And Macao Bay Area

At present,in the context of China’s implementation of the ban on foreign garbage import,the construction of “no waste city” and Dawan District in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,the rapid growth of population and fast urbanization have led to the continuous growth of domestic waste production in Guangzhou.The “garbage siege” is still a big problem in Guangzhou,so it is necessary to further promote the development of the “garbage revolution” in Guangzhou.Solving the problem of classification and treatment of municipal solid waste in Guangzhou,which has been plagued for a long time,can not only reduce the pollution of urban environment,but also control the effect of garbage avoidance.Through market-oriented operation,it can also maximize the waste resources and create economic,social and environmental benefits,promoting the sustainable development of circular economy and environment.This paper selects Guangzhou,one of the first batch of domestic waste collection and green finance innovation pilot cities,as the target city,and takes the market-oriented operation mode of municipal solid waste classification and treatment as the main research object.Theoretically,the paper analyzes the mechanism of market-based operation of the classification and treatment of domestic garbage in Guangzhou.Through analyzing the market-oriented operation status and operational effectiveness of domestic waste in Guangzhou from the perspective of market-oriented development,it points out the problems in the process of market operation.Then the paper tries to build a market-oriented operation mode of the municipal solid waste in Guangzhou,which is a three-in-one model among government,enterprises and urban residents.Finally,the article proposes countermeasures on Guangzhou from the perspective of policy construction and the market operation of the waste industry.As for research method,the paper adopts the case analysis method,selecting a representative new waste sorting pilot project promoted by Guangdong Industry Technical College.Based on the perspective of corporate green investment,the article explores the role of enterprises in supporting the market-oriented development of municipal solid waste in Guangzhou,aiming to structure a market-oriented operation mode of domestic waste classification and treatment in line with Guangzhou’s actual situation.
