Environment is the carrier of human survival and development, with the accelerated process of industrialization and urbanization, environmental problems such as resource consumption, pollutant emission and ecological degradation have become important factors which seriously hinders the sustainable development of human society. The industrial structure is a bridge linking the production activities and the environment. The industrial structure determines the mode of energy consumption and the emission levels of pollutants in the economic system, affecting the environment. After decades of development,China acquired remarkable achievements. But faces many environmental problems, for example:the main lake water pollution,a large range of fog and land desertification situation is grim, etc. In order to deal with the urgent environmental problems,China has proposed to combine the adjustment of industrial structure and improve the quality of the environment.the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC clearly pointed out that to promote the upgrading of industrial structure to build a beautiful China. Therefore,it is importantto explore the influence of industrial structure on air pollution.Jiangxi province is Chinese revolutionary area, economy has maintained rapid growth.Since the beginning of the new century, the growth rate has remained at around 10%.However,for a long time, the development of Jiangxi province has been the goal of economic growth, belong to the extensive growth mode, high speed growth is the cost of the environment as a price.Jiangxi Province,a variety of environmental pollutant emissions continue to increase, although lower than the national average, but if you continue to develop in accordance with the existing way of development, the environment will be severely damaged, will limit the economic growth of Jiangxi province.Jiangxi industry belongs to the model of two three one,the proportion of the second industry in more than 50%.As everyone knows, relative to the first and the three industry, the second industry is a high consumption and high pollution industries, have a big impact on the environment. Also played a leading role in the secondary industry in Jiangxi Province are resource consumption more higher and environmental pollution of the industry, such as manufacturing and mineral mining industry;therefore,if Jiangxi Province intent to reduce the environmental costs of economic growth, should not only optimize the three industries, and the second industry internal structure. The Jiangxi Province as the research object, first of all in on the basis of the existing theory and related literature analysis the relationship between industrial structure and air pollution,to provide a theoretical basis for the research;and then expound Jiangxi Province industrial structure evolution and changes in air quality and reasons, offers a realistic basis for the research.;then using canonical correlation analysis method and index decomposition method for quantitative study of the three times industry and different types of industrial structure and air pollutants were analyzed;finally,on the basis of the conclusions of this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that there is a strong correlation between Jiangxi Province, the three industrial structure, heavy industry, enterprise scale structure and leading industry and air pollution in Jiangxi province. Then the index decomposition model analysis,2002-2013 technical effect is the emission of air pollutants in Jiangxi Province the main restraining factors and scale effect is emissions of air pollutants in Jiangxi Province, the main driving factors, the effect of emissions of air pollutants in Jiangxi Province ring is not obvious.
