Research On Progress Control Of Pollution Source Survey Based On Lean Six Sigma

The national survey of pollution sources is an important national investigation and a basic work of environmental protection.The progress of the census not only directly affects the data quality of the census of pollution sources,but also brings management and economic problems.In this paper,A system analysis to the second pollution census project work situation,with the aim to system pollution census schedule,through questionnaire survey,data access and consulting relevant experts,affecting A pollution census progress factors,analytic structure model is established to find influence to the root cause of the pollution census schedule A.Then,according to the project management progress theory,optimize the process of A ground pollution source survey project by using the critical path,and develop the pollution source survey progress plan in accordance with the provisions.Combined with A lean six sigma management technology research to pollution census project schedule,the problem definition,measurement stage,the analysis reason,improvement measures and control measures are put forward five steps,get A ground pollution census schedule control plan,expect to achieve pollution census schedule consistent with actual progress goal,for the ground pollution census progress to study and put forward A scientific decision.Through the study of this paper,the work content,matters needing attention and reasons affecting the progress of the national pollution source survey every ten years are not only understood,but also the plan and safeguard measures for the progress control of the pollution source survey are designed.At the same time,this paper also broadens the research idea of pollution source survey project management,applies the project management theory knowledge into the survey project,can provide new research direction for the future census project,and improve the actual operation effect of the survey project.
