With the development of social science and technology,China’s modernization is advancing continuously,and the Internet of Things technology has gradually entered the public’s vision.As a product of the development of information construction,Internet of Things(IOT)technology has expanded on the basis of the Internet,linking objects in different spaces.With the deepening of the construction of "smart city",the connection between civil engineering construction and the Internet of Things has become more and more close.Shield tunneling has been widely used in underground traffic construction due to its advantages of fast tunneling speed,high degree of automation and small climate limitation.However,in the actual service process,the complexity of the serving environment and the diversity of the stress environment of the tunnel structure make its health problems gradually exposed.Moreover,once the shield tunnel structure is damaged,it will cause great danger.So it is very important to monitor of the shield tunnel effectively and reliablely.The traditional monitoring methods of shield tunnels not only have heavy workload and cumbersome steps,but also have low reliability of monitoring data,which makes the storage of data difficult.In this paper,the remote real-time monitoring of shield tunnel segment displacement based on Internet of Things technology is studied.Firstly,the research status of tunnel monitoring technology abroad is summarized,and then the research status of intelligent modern tunnel monitoring technology in China is summarized in detail.Then the concept of the Internet of Things technology is elaborated,and the emergence,development and application of the Internet of Things are introduced.The design criteria of remote monitoring system are raised.This paper introduces the concept,characteristics and application of single-chip computer technology,and summarizes the common types of single-chip computer in the market at present.This paper briefly introduces Arduino Uno technology and GPRS technology,and expounds the concept of Internet of Things platform.This paper introduces the monitoring principle of the remote monitoring system,and designs a remote monitoring shield segment device based on the Internet of Things by using single chip computer,SIM900 A,potentiometer and other equipment to realize the remote real-time monitoring of the deformation of shield tunnel.The test scheme is designed.The shield tunnel model is processed in the steel processing plant.The potentiometer is used as the displacement monitoring module,Arduino Uno as the data analysis module,SIM900 A as the data transmission module,and Lewei Internet of Things(IOT)as the platform.Each module is installed on the segment model of shield tunneling,and the vertical loading system is used under laboratory conditions to control the displacement of the segment,so as to simulate the deformation of the segment of shield tunneling under load.Finally,the load state of segment model of shield tunnel is simulated by Midas GTS NX finite element analysis software combined with beam-spring model.The whole service process of shield segment under different loads is simulated.The displacement simulation and measured values of each sensor are analyzed.It is found that the shield tunnel segment monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is feasible.
