Study On The Problems Of Highway Transportation Management System And The Control Strategies

Transportation management is one of the important fields of public service management in China.The rationality of its management system and the effectiveness of management services are important subjects of public management govemance.Under the current tide of government system reform in the world and the background of comprehensive transportation management in China’s all-round development and construction,this paper takes S Province as an example,takes the development experience of transportation management at home and abroad as a reference,and based on the current situation of S Province’s transportation management development,explores the model of S Province’s highway transportation management system reform.Type.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation at home and abroad;secondly,it clearly defines the relevant concepts of highway transportation management system and the theoretical basis needed for the reform of highway transportation management system,and analyses the transportation of three developed countries,namely,the United States,Britain and Japan,as well as typical provinces and cities in China,such as Beijing and Shenzhen.The development status of transportation management system and its characteristics are analyzed.Thirdly,the status quo of S provincial transportation development is investigated,and the characteristics and problems of S provincial transportation management system are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of developed countries and typical provinces and municipalities in China,combined with the characteristics of the development of transportation management in S Province and the actual situation of the current transportation management system,the government departments,transportation institutions,transportation enterprises and government departments in S Province are operated.The mechanism puts forward corresponding reform proposals.
