| With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,how to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving cost control methods is the modern construction enterprises need to actively explore the direction.BIM(Building Information Modeling),which simulates the real Information of a Building by means of digital Information,is a three-dimensional model with progress and cost.BIM Technology provides a method for project management to realize the meticulous management of construction cost control.Therefore,it is very important to explore the role of BIM technology in project cost control.In the first stage,the advantages and disadvantages of BIM and BIM5D are analyzed and summarized,and the problems in the application of BIM are analyzed in detail.In the second stage,the application of BIM technology in the project cost control is studied,and the application process and value of BIM technology in each stage are summarized.The third stage,combined with the Science and Technology Building Project,has carried on the empirical research to the front theory analysis.Gld GTJ2018,cloud pricing GCCP5.0,Gld 3d field distribution software,Gld BIM5D,FDS(Fire Dynamics System)and other software were used to complete the metering package,collision inspection,Fire simulation evacuation test and construction simulation.The fourth stage uses earned value method to compare and analyze the project cost and other data,summarize the implementation of the project cost and schedule,and provide the basis for project management.This paper studies the application of BIM technology in cost control of engineering project through actual case analysis,which provides a reference for the popularization and application of BIM technology. |
