The Surface Inspection System(SIS)is one of the most important method to monitoring and managing the surface quality of steel products these years.Application of advanced Surface Inspection System,not only to quantify the surface quality of the product description,but also to discover the defects such as roll mark,scratch,etc.due to equipment immediately.The economic efficiency of SIS is very obvious.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the integration project of surface inspection system of silicon steel mill,it is necessary to explore through the deep research of the project schedule,which will be extremely meaningful and valuable.This issue will be based on the project managing and the SIS project objective situation,with selected appropriate technology method.Through the further clarification of the scope of the SIS project the issue will discuss and research the progress of the SIS project,which will be about the punctuality assurance.Meanwhile,the control points in the SIS project and the organization will be optimized,which will assure the project closing successfully.The research and the practice will be mainly about following three aspects,(1)The project to take hierarchical decomposition method,a work breakdown structure(WBS)and other project management methods to determine the environmental transformation project content and project work decomposition.(2)Gantt chart,milestone plan and other tools to analyze and prepare the factory environment transformation project schedule.(3)Analysis of the factors affecting progress,create safeguards in terms of organization,resources,propose appropriate solutions and deviation management.Through this issue,the new progress managing method will be explored while maintaining the progress of the SIS project integration,which will be a helpful reference of other similar projects.
