| Seeker-e Cabin,which is the kenel part of missile’s guidance,has great affect on the hit rate of a missile.It is crucial to carry out the qualification detection of the Seeker-e Cabin before a missile is assembled.Today,test systems based on virtual instrument for Seeker-e Cabin,which has been widely developed and used in batches,has been greatly improved compared with the traditional manual test systems,but there are still defects to be improved,like in the test accuracy and flexibility.Considering the overall test process and signal characteristics of the Seeker-e Cabin,the thesis conducted in-depth research on the test method and solution of Seeker-e Cabin.Finally,a fast,accurate,and portable Seeker-e Cabin integrated test system consisting of portable computer,testbench and test cable is designed,which has reduced system complexity greatly and make testing fast and efficient.First of all,considering the operating characteristics and test process of the Seeker-e Cabin,an integrative Seeker-e Cabin testbench based on UDP communication is designed,to make a simple and fast test process.The work in hardware designing includes the construction of network,high-speed synchronous acquisition of signal,external signal source design,communication interface design,power supply detection and protection,etc.On this basis,the PCB design and circuit debugging is completed,which has provided a reliable hardware foundation for the construction of the entire system.Secondly,the software is designed based on the hardware platform.The main work in this part includes completing the structural design,making simulation experiments to find out the suitable signal processing algorithm for the special signals of the Seeker-e Cabin.The FFT algorithm based on Hanning window and double-peak of spectral lines interpolation is used to calculate the frequency and peak voltage of the signal for the first time.In the meanwhile,to meet the need of calculating the pulse width of sinusoidal pulse,two algorithm,the FFT algorithm based on zero-crossing of spectral lines interpolation with spectrum average and algorithm based on spectrum correction algorithm,are given to make a fast and real-time calculation for signal parameters.The integrated test system is finally completed after debugging with the hardware platform and finishing showing the results and waveforms.Finally,numerous tests and debugging for real products were performed on the system,which has proved that this integrated test system can meet the user’s need of detecting various parameters,and finish the automatic test task of related parameters of the Seeker-e Cabin.Compared with the current test system,the system has greatly improved the automation and accuracy in testing,and guaranteed the quality,reliability and consistency of production. |
