Research On The Lean Construction Management For The Steel Structure Factory Building

With the acceleration of the industrialization process of China,steel structure is used extensively in the newly built and expanded factories.However,in recent years,due to fierce market competition and decreasing profits in the construction industry,construction quality and safety problems have arisen in some construction projects of steel structure factories,which indicates traditional extensive management model no longer meets current needs.As a new management method to improve the situation,lean management can gradually refine the management from the macro level to the micro level,reduce the production cost of the enterprise,and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,the lean management theory is introduced into the construction process of the steel structure factory to improve the construction technology and management level of the steel structure factory building.Firstly,the research background,purpose,and significance of the study were introduced,and relative current status of domestic and foreign research was reviewed.Meantime,the main research content was pointed out.Then,the concepts and related theories of the construction technology of steel structure factories and lean management were summaried,which layed a theoretical foundation for the next empirical research.Finally,a new energy vehicle plant construction project was taken as an example to verify the guiding significance of the lean management for the construction technology and management of steel structure factories.In terms of construction technology,it was stated that the technical difficulties of the main sub-items of the construction of steel structure factories could be addressed more targeted through lean management.In terms of construction management,in accordance with the management objectives of the project and guided by the lean management ideas,the corresponding systems and measures for project schedule control,quality management and safety management were formulated,and the implementation effect of the lean management was also given.Theoretically,the application scope of lean management in the field of construction technology and management has been expanded by this research,which provides a certain reference for the similar construction projects that have the same problems in construction technology and management.
