In recent years,in order to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,a number of architectural design enterprises with strong economic strength and talent advantages began to undertake new construction business such as EPC and whole process engineering consulting.However,its designers’ limited capabilities cannot meet the development needs of enterprise transformation and upgrading.After studying the characteristics of architectural design enterprises and the competency of designers under the background of service transformation,this paper conducts competency modeling and evaluation for architectural design enterprises,providing theoretical basis for talent selection and training of architectural design enterprises.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis of the background of service transformation in the construction industry and the value chain theory,the characteristics of service-oriented construction are summarized.On this basis,this paper analyzes the advantages of architectural design enterprises to carry out service-oriented construction business,and conduct business process reengineering for architectural design enterprises,and finally constructs the organizational structure scheme of architectural design enterprises.Secondly,starting with the service attribute of design and the process of project construction,this paper analyzes the characteristics of architectural design enterprises’ design work and the transformation of designers’ work under the background of service transformation.Based on the competency theory,this paper analyzes the competency characteristics of designers in architectural design enterprises.Thirdly,by means of literature analysis,critical incident technique,questionnaire survey and other methods,construct the competency model of designers in architectural design enterprises,and the reliability,stability and validity of the model are verified by descriptive analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity test.Fourthly,on the basis of the existing competency model,structural equation modeling and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to establish the competency evaluation system for designers in architectural design enterprises.Finally,the applicability and effectiveness of the competency evaluation system are verified by practical cases.The competency model constructed in this paper can comprehensively summarize the competency structure of designers in architectural design enterprises from external expression to internal characteristics,and can effectively complete the competency evaluation of designers.It can provide guidance on human resource management for architectural design companies,and also be used as a reference for the competency of technical personnel in other fields of the construction industry.
