| Reinforcement engineering is an important sub-project in construction.Its quality not only determines the safety of the building,but also affects the cost of the project in a great extent.It is said that great things in the world must be done in detail.Under the environment of intensified competition in the construction industry,it is of great significance to study the delicacy management of reinforcement engineering in order to improve the project quality,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises.It is found that there are few studies on the delicacy management of the reinforcement engineering,through the study of the theories and practice of the delicacy management related to the construction at home and abroad.This research intends to take it as a breakthrough.The methods of literature review,experience and investigation,case analysis are mainly used in this thesis.On the basis of theoretical research,it analyzes the common problems existing in the reinforcement engineering among construction enterprises under the traditional management mode and the adverse effects on the enterprises,and discusses the necessity of implementing the delicacy management.Then,based on the author’s practical work experience,the reinforcement engineering of the CSCEC Z Project is taken as an example.And based on the business process,the application of delicacy management are discussed in seven aspects,including system construction,reinforcement bar proofing,raw materials,reinforcement bar processing,reinforcement bar installation,quality control and surplus material management.The implementation effect to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of delicacy management is analyzed as well.At the end of this thesis,the countermeasures and suggestions from three different levels are put forward,which is to establish the concept of the delicacy management in an all-round way on the macro level;to formulate and improve the industry norms and standards system on the meso level;and to build delicacy management system in an all-round way on the micro level which is consistent with the development of the enterprise itself. |
