| As one of the products of the combination of information technology and construction industry,BIM technology has gradually developed into an important research and development direction in the field of engineering in recent years.In China,with the continuous assistance of national BIM-related policies and the needs of project owners,the application of BIM technology by Chinese project builders has been promoted,which has gradually developed in terms of project progress,quality,cost,safety and contract management.In particular,the advantages of implementing BIM technology for construction schedule management are also revealed in the continuous research of relevant researchers and numerous practical cases.Nonetheless,due to the immaturity of relevant laws and standards of BIM,the irregular design of BIM contracts,the defects of BIM schedule management tools,and many other obstacles,the builders only stayed in the application of BIM technology visualization and carried out project progress through BIM technology.Management and control to achieve the goal of reducing the project construction cycle is still difficult.For general construction enterprises,various issues such as how to establish a corresponding construction schedule management platform and integrate project information have troubled the smooth implementation of the technology in China.Therefore,sorting out the obstacles to the implementation of construction schedule management based on BIM technology can effectively promote the application and promotion of BIM technology in China’s construction schedule management,which is conducive to the informatization and sustainable development of China’s construction industry.This study carried out the following work.First,analyze and summarize the research status,determine the research method,and explain the basic concepts involved,so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the subsequent links.Secondly,through the literature research method,the relevant research literature is combed and summarized,and 24 progress barriers are selected;then the barrier factors are further selected by the Delphi method;and the key factors are identified by questionnaire survey and factor analysis,And finally identified 17 key obstacles and analyzed them one by one.Next,by establishing the ISM model,find out its internal logical relationship.The research results show that: the surface barriers are knowledge protection difficulties,design and construction fragmentation,collaboration difficulties in various business areas,collaboration difficulties among various parties,difficulty in importing real-time progress data,difficulty in model decomposition and definition,complex coding and association of model components;The middle barriers are the wait-and-see attitude to the economic benefits brought by BIM,the large workload of 4D models,the poor information transmission,and the defects of schedule management tools;the deep barriers are immature laws and standards,unreasonable economic policies,and irregular contract design.,Conservative thinking,shortage of professionals,traditional schedule management process constraints.Finally,according to the causes of surface,middle and deep factors,put forward solutions such as improving relevant legal policies,changing the traditional concept of talents,and accelerating progress management software development.The research results of this study are expected to accelerate the application process of BIM technology in construction schedule management,promote the information management of construction schedule management,and realize the sustainable development of the construction industry. |
