In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,China’s industrial design development has achieved remarkable results,the industrial design industry has begun to take shape,the service platform construction has steadily advanced,and the industrialization of design results and the economic benefits driven thereby have increased year by year.Among them,the construction machinery manufacturing industry,as a high-end link of the manufacturing val ue chain,has the characteristics of technology,knowledge-intensive,high added value,good growth,and great industrial driving.At the same time,under the guidance of the “Made in China 2025”strategic policy,China is in the process of moving from a m anufacturing power to a manufacturing power.It is necessary to vigorously develop high-end equipment innovation projects.In the background of digital information age,the digital construction of engineering machinery industry design knowledge is an inevi table trend,research on engineering machinery industry design knowledge,to build engineering machinery industry design knowledge base,enhance enterprise industrial design ability,strengthen high-end manufacturing Equipment industry design innovation,e nhance product design quality and brand innovation,create an industrial design integrated innovation service platform,further strengthen the innovation capability of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,cultivate leading enterprises in the indus try,and promote the domestic and international market competitiveness of enterprise products.The research project of this paper is from the support project of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department,“Building Collaborative Innovation Platform for Industrial Design Based on Digital Intelligent Manufacturing”.The purpose of the research is to refine,analyze and organize the design knowledge of engineering machinery industry,and formulate the collection principle and digital standard,and build the project.The mechanical industry design knowledge base facilitates designers to quickly acquire and reuse design knowledge,improve design efficiency and innovation.In the research process,firstly,the paper identifies the target users of the design knowledge base.The main target users of the design knowledge base are industrial designers.Through the research on the target users and engineering machinery product design process,the user needs are analyzed and the design knowledge is determined.At the same time,through the research of knowledge,tacit knowledge and design knowledge,the engineering machinery industry design knowledge system is combed,according to the "engineering machinery ontology knowledge classification framework" and "engineering machinery knowledge classification framework in design"."Building a classification framework for engineering machinery industry design knowledge;then,through the st udy of feature lines,graphic features and style images,extract and express the engineering machinery industry design knowledge,construct a single semantic model of engineering machinery industry design knowledge,and develop Collecting principles and di gital standards,and then constructing a knowledge management system for engineering machinery industry design,which facilitates the effective entry of design knowledge.Finally,this paper proposes a design flow based on the design knowledge base,and th rough the Changlin road roller design project,the designer’s design knowledge base is used to carry out the design practice process,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the research are verified.I hope to provide reference for the development of oth er design knowledge bases and promote the development of the construction machinery industry to a certain extent.
