Study On Influencing Factors Of Quality Durability Of Rural Roads In Bozhou Based On AHP

Under the new situation,the construction of rural roads is an important means to promote poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and plays an important supporting role in promoting reform,development and stability in an all-round way.In recent years,the intensity of rural road construction has gradually increased,but with it,problems such as poor quality and durability of rural road,"oil returning to sand","reconstruction and light maintenance" and "building instead of maintenance" have emerged.In this paper,the factors that affect the durability of rural road quality in Bozhou,Xinjiang are taken as the research purpose,and the index system model of influencing factors is constructed by means of theoretical study,literature research,expert interview,questionnaire survey,etc.the weight value of each index is calculated by AHP,and the influence degree of each factor on the research purpose is ranked by analyzing and comparing each index value.The main research results of this paper include three aspects:(1)In this paper,the domestic and foreign literature on the impact of rural road quality and durability are summarized,and the experts who have been engaged in rural road construction for a long time are interviewed,and 14 influencing factors in four aspects are preliminarily determined;based on the 14 influencing factors preliminarily determined,the experts’ opinions and suggestions are collected by means of questionnaire,which are verified by the questionnaire survey with experts,and finally will be affected The influencing factors are 17 items in three aspects,and the index system model affecting the durability of rural road quality in Bozhou is constructed.(2)On the basis of the constructed index system model affecting the quality and durability of rural roads in Bozhou,the experts are invited to evaluate and grade the indexes in the index system again by means of questionnaire,the weight is calculated by AHP and the consistency test is carried out,and the calculated weight value is compared and analyzed;the most influential factors affecting the quality and durability of rural roads in Bozhou are analyzed The key link is the period of putting into use,followed by the early stage of construction,and the least influential link is the period of construction.The maintenance of the link in the use period is the most critical factor affecting the durability of rural roads in Bozhou,followed by the supervision and management.(3)According to the conclusion that the maintenance situation in the period of putting into use obtained by AHP is the most critical factor affecting the quality and durability of rural roads in Bozhou,interview with relevant experts to analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward three countermeasures and suggestions for the current situation of rural road maintenance in Bozhou: first,in terms of maintenance mechanism,it is suggested to clarify the responsibilities and tasks of maintenance organizations and personnel at all levels,so as to improve the quality and durability of rural roads The road maintenance work shall be included in the annual key work,the "road length system" of rural roads shall be implemented,and the preventive road maintenance technology shall be combined with the existing rural road maintenance technology;on the other hand,in terms of maintenance funds,it is suggested that the subsidy standard of no less than "7351" shall be used to obtain the subsidy from the higher level,the rural road maintenance shall be included in the financial budget,and the financing channels shall be expanded to absorb various funds In rural road maintenance;third,in terms of maintenance force,it is suggested to purchase specialized maintenance services,establish a maintenance team of villagers volunteers,strengthen cooperation among transportation departments,highway management departments and road administration departments,and effectively form a maintenance force.This paper can not only guide the construction and management of rural roads in Bozhou in the future,but also provide reference for the maintenance of local rural roads,improve the maintenance and management level of rural roads in Bozhou,improve the durability,and create a new situation of harmonious development of urban and rural construction in Bozhou.
