Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of H Company’s Fund Management

With the development of society,enterprises present the trend of collectivization.The characteristic of the group enterprise is that there are many subordinate units,and it is difficult for headquarters to supervise the fund effectively,let alone utilize it effectively.Therefore,there will be a lot of financial problems and risks.The Enterprise studied in this paper is an air transport enterprise.In the past,H company mainly relied on scale efficiency to develop,but because of its weak ability to resist the change of external environment,it was affected by various external crises,which led to weak profitability and even loss.At the same time,H group has complex organizational structure,numerous branches,cross-border business time zone,many bank accounts and complicated currency.In order to be able to operate and survive better,the enterprise must be revived,and the enterprise’s capital is the blood of the enterprise,without a good fund management as the basis,it is likely to lead to the enterprise’s strategy can not be implemented and executed.Therefore,fund management is an important part of enterprise management.In order to better fund management,fund management monitoring and evaluation is very necessary.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have some theories and case studies on the performance evaluation of fund management.According to the enterprise and the existing academic research,this article selects H company,which is a mature enterprise,the fund management has the very vital significance and the function to this company.In this paper,according to the characteristics and objectives of corporate fund management,how to carry out fund management performance evaluation.This paper uses management theory,describes the situation and goal of enterprise fund management,establishes the performance evaluation index and system based on BSC evaluation system,and obtains the evaluation result through this method.Through visiting and investigating h enterprises,this paper studies and understands the characteristics and methods of Enterprise’s fund management,and uses theories and methods to make fund management more efficient and safe,and realize the improvement of fund management ability and level,helping enterprises to go further is the research significance of this paper.
