With the continuous improvement of human life and production levels,energy demand is also increasing day by day.How to balance the contradiction between development and energy demand is a major problem that we have to face.Standing at the height of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,we urgently demand that we advocate saving resources,adjusting the economic structure,and establishing a sustainable production model.Rational development and utilization of renewable energy is an effective way to solve current problems.In recent years,the biomass energy with the advantages of clean low carbon,abundant raw materials and alternative fossil energy has been studied and paid attention by many scholars.So far,biogas can be directly used for cooking,lighting,heating,and power generation,and it can be used as a variety of raw materials for biogas fermentation.Many countries have introduced relevant policies to encourage the promotion and development of the biogas industry.However,since China ’s current rural household biogas promotion is mainly driven by the Ministry of Agriculture ’s rural eco-rich people plan,there is no specific study to analyze whether the region has key issues such as climate,society,and manure resources for biogas development.Some problems occurred in.Due to the blind development,most biogas digesters were not built with insulation in mind.In the winter,there may be insufficient gas production or stop gas production.The use efficiency is low,and it is difficult to achieve a balanced gas supply throughout the year.Therefore,in order to more effectively promote and develop domestic biogas,this article analyzes the applicability of domestic biogas,and provides a scientific theoretical basis for the reasonable promotion of domestic biogas.At the same time,in the evaluation process and field investigation,it was found that temperature is a constraint on the normal biogas in winter.The main bottlenecks in use,how to increase the fermentation temperature of the biogas digester in winter and ensure the annual gas supply to the biogas digester are the key issues that need to be solved urgently.Taking the studied area as an example,the corresponding efficiency improvement schemes have been studied to ensure the healthy use of biogas throughout the year.Increase farmers’ enthusiasm for using biogas.First of all,from the five aspects of climate,society,economy,energy and technology,this paper selects 10 specific indicators that affect the suitability of household biogas regions,establishes a household biogas regional suitability evaluation index system,and uses the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Determine the weight of the index,use fuzzy calculation to find the comprehensive evaluation value;analyze the key factors affecting the use of household biogas,and calculate the heat consumption of the biogas tank before adding the insulation layer and the insulation layer.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Comprehensive and reasonable consideration of various factors affecting the suitability of household biogas regions,and selected 10 specific indicators from five aspects: climate,society,economy,energy and technology,and constructed a suitability evaluation system for household biogas regions.(2)The improved AHP method calculates the index weights and does not rely on expert experience to construct the judgment matrix,which avoids the subjectivity of people.The weight value is close to the existing research,and the evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation in each place,indicating that the improved AHP method is practical in the evaluation of the suitability of household biogas.(3)Through comprehensive evaluation of the suitability of household biogas in 14 cities in Hunan Province,it is concluded that Yueyang City > Hengyang City > Changsha City > Xiangtan City > Yiyang City > Yongzhou City > Zhuzhou City > Zhangzhou City > Loudi City >Shaoyang City>Changde City>Huaihua City>Zhangjiajie City>Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture;Yueyang City,Changsha City,Hengyang City,etc.,should expand the propaganda and actively guide farmers to use biogas.In the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and Huaihua City,the government should increase the amount of biogas subsidies to reduce the burden on farmers.Zhangjiajie City should make full use of local temperature conditions,actively adjust the agricultural structure,and increase the proportion of animal husbandry in agriculture to meet the demand for biogas fermentation raw materials.It has a certain reference function for the promotion of household biogas in Hunan Province,effectively alleviating energy pressure,protecting the ecological environment and improving the living standards of farmers.(4)Taking the actual climatic conditions in a certain area of Hunan Province as an example,the top heat dissipation,side wall heat dissipation and bottom heat dissipation under the design temperature of the coldest month biogas digester in winter were studied.According to the actual situation,a suitable insulation material was selected,and the thickness of the insulation layer of the biogas digester was calculated using the economic insulation layer thickness calculation method.Before comparing insulation,it was found that installing a thermal insulation layer can reduce heat dissipation by more than 50%.(5)Based on the actual situation in a certain area of Hunan Province,study the use of solar-assisted heating of biogas digester systems.Calculate the total solar radiation intensity based on the actual situation and complete the solar radiation intensity calculation;determine the area of the solar collector based on the total heat consumption of the 10 cubic meter biogas digester;determine the material and length of the heat exchange coil With heat transfer area. |
