Under the backdrop of the country’s vigorous advocacy for the development of a green economy,China’s energy structure has undergone a low-carbon transformation,the new energy vehicle and charging infrastructure industries have developed rapidly,and the market has gradually expanded.Since the country opened the charging infrastructure construction and operation market in 2014,more and more social capital has participated in the charging service operation industry.However,due to the imbalanced planning of charging infrastructure supporting construction,high-scale project investment costs,difficulty in construction,and profitability Problems such as single points and unclear business models have caused many small and medium-sized charging operating companies to fall into the dilemma of "expanding operations may lead to greater losses" and "conservative operations may face missed industry opportunities." In the face of the fact that there are many uncertain factors in emerging industries,how can small and medium-sized enterprises in the charging operation industry combine their own internal and external resource advantages to find a breakthrough direction and formulate a business strategy that meets the development needs of the enterprise? Enterprises continue to survive in the increasingly fierce market competition environment and even become a necessary prerequisite for the industry leader.G Company was established in 2017.It is a comprehensive start-up enterprise integrating new energy investment,planning,construction and operation.The purpose of the initial establishment was to protect 13,000 new energy buses and 9,000 new energy taxis within the system.G’s charging service is mainly responsible for coordinating site construction,daily operations and platform development.In the later development of G company,due to the unclear development strategy of the company,it is currently only a night charging service for internal vehicles.However,in terms of site resource development and utilization,social user market development,platform promotion and diversified business support,it still has Being in a junior or even blank stage,the company’s profitability and investment recovery period are at a relatively low level.In order to help G company solve the problem of unclear development positioning of the enterprise,make better use of the advantages of internal and external resources of the enterprise,and achieve steady and healthy development of the enterprise,this article takes G company as the main body of research,conducts in-depth research and analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and explores the development of the industry Opportunities,analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages of enterprises,and put forward G company development strategy matching suggestions.Under the guidance of relevant theories of strategic management,this paper uses the PEST analysis method and the five-competitive model to study the external environment of G company.At the same time,the company ’s core competitiveness analysis and internal and external factors evaluation and analysis results are combined to comprehensively evaluate the company.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the development conditions,G’s core development strategy was proposed.First of all,in the core business area,Company G should further take advantage of enterprise resources,adopt differentiated strategies,customer cluster strategies and market penetration-intensive growth strategies,seize market expansion opportunities,further increase existing market share,and expand business scale and Customer base.Secondly,in terms of business layout development,this article recommends that company G take the charging market and internal resources as the core,implement a concentric related diversification strategy,make up for the company ’s shortcomings by establishing a strategic alliance,promote the expansion of the company ’ s diversified business,and optimize the business operations structure.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the enterprise development strategy proposed in this article,Company G also needs to optimize and cooperate in the four aspects of perfecting the human resources system,cultivating an innovative enterprise culture,rationally allocating enterprise resources,and raising the awareness of the industry crisis.Consolidate the core competitiveness of enterprises.Through the research and analysis of actual cases,this article provides small and medium-sized enterprises that encounter the same development bottlenecks in the charging infrastructure industry,and provides new strategies and ideas for the development of the enterprise’s development strategy.The market-driven smooth transition development has played a positive role in promoting.
