In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,domestic large-scale infrastructure projects have gradually increased,especially the power construction market has gradually become saturated.How can domestic power companies seize the opportunity of the"Belt and Road" and give full play to their advantages to the international market and become power An important part of enterprise development.However,with the increasingly prominent environmental pollution problems,global warming and smog have become important factors restricting the development of thermal power plants.Governments of various countries have formulated strict pollutant emission standards for thermal power generation,forcing power companies to increase environmental protection investment.In addition,the investment in thermal power plant infrastructure investment itself is large,and the construction period is long.This leads to a longer recovery period for power companies and a further reduction in profit margins.Therefore,the main research content of this article is the risk management of the thermal power plant construction under the EPC mode,in order to make domestic power companies in the establishment of undertaking international thermal power plant projects,can establish a scientific and reasonable risk control model to improve their own risk response capabilities,Occupying a favorable position in the international power market.This paper takes the EPC project of a thermal power plant as an example.Through the construction engineering practice of the thermal power plant,the investment risk and relative risk management of the project are analyzed from the perspective of a power enterprise investor.This article comprehensively uses various knowledge of project risk management and combines the characteristics of EPC project construction mode and the advantages and disadvantages of thermal power plants to screen the risks of thermal power plant construction under EPC mode and give a list of project construction risks.Analyze the impact of various risks in the project construction process,and draw the necessity of risk management.This article systematically analyzes the project practice,summarizes the risk characteristics of the project practice,and classifies and identifies the political environmental risk,natural environmental risk.economic environmental risk,project design risk,project implementation risk,and general contractor’s own capacity building.6 major risks including risk and 25 specific risk factors.This paper uses tools for statistical modeling,through risk theory knowledge to design the EPC model project risk matrix model for the thermal power plant project,and divides the risk levels according to the degree of risk impact on engineering practice,and formulates risk control measures in a targeted manner,in order to Mitigating,transferring,and avoiding different types and levels of risk ultimately provide a basis for risk management for the implementation of thermal power plant infrastructure under the EPC model.Through investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes and designs the EPC model thermal power plant project risk matrix model,summarizes the risk characteristics of the thermal power plant project,classifies and identifies the risk types in the engineering project,and evaluates the different types of risks in the corresponding environment.The degree of impact of the construction has divided the corresponding risk levels,and proposed different types of risk control management strategies.
