| Since the 1990 s,China’s aging process has accelerated,the problem of population aging has become more and more serious,and the trend of elderly population aging has become more and more obvious.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the construction of the elderly service system,and the elderly construction industry has developed rapidly,and a large number of elderly care facilities such as elderly activity centers,community health stations and community day care centers have been built.Community day care centers conform to the traditional Chinese culture of aging in place,provide convenient services for the elderly,and can effectively relieve the pressure of aging at home,which has become an important part of China’s senior care facility service system and an important element in the renewal design of old urban areas with high density of elderly population.However,due to site constraints,most of the community day care centers in old urban areas are converted from unused buildings,and there are obvious characteristics of fast construction and poor quality.At present,the research on converted community day care centers mainly focuses on architectural space design and aging-friendly design,and there is less research on the comfort of indoor physical environment,and less research on the optimization strategy of indoor physical environment for converted community day care centers.This may lead to the lack of suitable theoretical guidance in specific engineering practice,and the problems of overheating in summer,overcooling in winter,high energy consumption and idle facilities in the renovated day care centers.This paper focuses on the Jinan area as the research area,and proposes strategies in terms of building space design and thermal environment optimization based on the research and analysis of the thermal environment of renovated community day care centers.First,the current status of the renovated community day care centers is investigated,and the problems of the building space and thermal environment in the renovation are summarized.Combining the problems found in the research process,we propose strategies for the construction of the renovated community day care centers in terms of site layout,building space design,and envelope design.Then,from the perspective of the thermal environment of the building,De ST software simulations are combined with the site layout,building space,envelope structure and equipment system to give optimization suggestions,and the effect of the optimization strategy is verified with the software simulations.Finally,the proposed design strategy is verified by taking the renovated community day care center project of Heping campus as an example,and the results show that the thermal environment of the optimized community day care center has improved significantly. |
