Study On The External Environment Design Of The Day Care Center For The Elderly In Urban Communities

With the increasingly severe aging trend of China's urban population,the increasing family miniaturization and dependency ratio lead to the increasingly difficult traditional family pension model,and the existing pension facilities and services can not meet the needs of the elderly for pension security and pension services.How to make the elderly live in peace in their old age and attract social attention? In this case,the community day care center as an important carrier of community home care came into being.The external environment of the community day care center provides a place for the necessity,selectivity,sociability and other activities of the elderly.The quality of the external environment affects the quality of life of the elderly and is an important part of the living environment of the elderly.According to various investigations and studies,it is found that the external environment design of shenzhen day care center for the elderly has problems such as single landscape function,limited space and old infrastructure.In this context,this paper takes 8 community day care centers for the elderly in shenzhen as the research object,combines the theoretical basis of behavioral psychology,and applies the post evaluation method.Through field investigation and questionnaire survey methods such as five elements: external environment of road traffic,infrastructure,plant landscaping,landscape sketch,space research analysis,to explore community elderly day care center in shenzhen design method of the external environment,so as to provide some theoretical Suggestions on the construction of day care centers.Firstly,this paper introduces the development trend of population aging in China and the change from traditional home-based care mode to community care mode in China,and summarizes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly in combination with the theoretical basis of behavioral psychology to provide certain theoretical support.Secondly,the population characteristics and pension policies of shenzhen were studied,and the research situation and basic data of eight community day care centers for the elderly in shenzhen were summarized and analyzed to obtain the overall evaluation of the external environment.Thirdly,the data of five external environmental factors including road traffic,infrastructure,plant greening,landscape sketch and activity space were analyzed,and specific design strategies and three design principles were summarized according to the investigation.Finally,based on the above design principles and design strategies,it is applied to the actual project of the octagonal building daycare center in yuan-ling,futian district.The design conforms to the physical,psychological,behavioral characteristics of the elderly,rich functions,beautiful environment of the community elderly day care center external space environment.
