With the continuous expansion of market demand and the continuous innovation of science and technology,in the era of transfer Made in China into Intelligent manufactured in China,the external environment is fiercely competitive.How to give full play to the comprehensive benefits of enterprises and improve market competitiveness are urgent problems to be solved in the long-term stable development of enterprises.Productivity evaluation is a measure of the comprehensive capabilities of an enterprise,which evaluates the ability of an enterprise to meet market demand under the existing resource conditions.Therefore,enterprises can adopt the evaluation method of ex-ante control,quantitative analysis from multiple angles,and control the enterprise as a whole,which will help enterprises make plans and countermeasures to meet demand,and can effectively solve the traditional production system’s insufficient capacity and long production cycle.problem.This paper takes NE machinery manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Aiming at the current problems of insufficient production capacity,long production cycle and low production efficiency.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature,the concept of productivity evaluation is introduced,and the research is carried out with the goal of improving the overall efficiency of the enterprise.First of all,Combined with production system theory,establishing a productive evaluation system from three dimensions:task demand response ability,production resource management ability and operation fatigue degree.The aim is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the production system Secondly,using system simulation technology,integrating human-computer efficacy theory,establishing simulation models at different levels,At the macro level,use Anylogic to build a task-oriented agent model for task demand response capability analysis,and at the operation level to establish a discrete event model for production resource management capability analysis,and establishing discrete events at the operational level to analyze the ability of production resource management,constructing a human motion simulation model based on DELMIA at the micro level to analyze the degree of work fatigue,so as to achieve the purpose of productive hierarchical evaluation.Then,the comprehensive weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method.Applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the overall productive capacity of NE company and building a system dynamics simulation model to verify the evaluation results and trend prediction.Finally,combining human engineering theory and industrial engineering theory,according to the status quo and evaluation results of the enterprise,a scientific and efficient improvement plan is formulated for the enterprise to improve the production efficiency of NE company and shorten the production cycle.
