| Manufacturing industry is the foundation of China’s economic development.With the progress of science and technology and the development of big data,using data-driven technology to evaluate and optimize the sustainable performance of manufacturing industry can promote the healthy and sustainable development of manufacturing industry.In order to improve the level of economic development,enhance the awareness of environmental protection,and promote technological innovation in manufacturing industry,This paper presents a method of manufacturing sustainability evaluation and optimization based on BP-DANP-MOORA.Firstly,the definition of sustainable development and manufacturing,the influencing factors of sustainable development and the research status of multi-attribute assessment methods are expounded,the content of sustainability assessment of manufacturing industry is clarified,and the sustainability assessment index system of manufacturing industry is constructed and quantified.Secondly,a manufacturing sustainability evaluation model based on Improved principal component analysis(PCA)and K-means algorithm is established to comprehensively score the sustainable performance of the manufacturing industry under economic,environmental and scientific and technological indicators,and the development characteristics of manufacturing industry under each category in three dimensions are analyzed,which can provide direction for the government to formulate the manufacturing industry sustainable optimization policy.Thirdly,the manufacturing sustainability optimization model based on BP-DANP-MOORA is established,and the cause degree,centrality,comprehensive weight,Influence Strength Network Relationship Map(ISNRM)and Critical Influence Strength Route(CISR)of manufacturing data attributes are determined.On this basis,combined with CISR diagram,the optimization scheme for each manufacturing industry is proposed.Finally,the above research methods are applied to 22 manufacturing industries in China’s statistical yearbook at the end of 2018 to verify the feasibility of the proposed methods,which has certain innovation and practical application value.Case study shows that this method can select the optimal manufacturing optimization scheme with economic,environmental and scientific and technological benefits for different manufacturing industries.According to the calculated optimal attributes,enterprises can take the improvement measures suitable for their manufacturing industry to develop more sustainable. |
