| The development of construction industry can promote regional economic growth.However,the construction industry and its related industries have high carbon emissions,which is inconsistent with the "double carbon" policy implemented in China.However,prefabricated buildings can help the construction industry achieve green environmental protection,reduce pollution to a large extent,and protect the environment,which has become the focus of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Moreover,the problem of overcapacity in the current domestic steel industry is still prominent.The development of prefabricated steel structure buildings can effectively alleviate the problem,making the steel structure housing with natural assembly properties become the mainstream mode of future industrialized housing.This study takes prefabricated steel structure residence as the research object,and evaluates the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated steel structure residence by establishing matter-element extension evaluation model,in order to promote the benign development of prefabricated steel structure residence in China.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Define the benefit category of prefabricated steel structure housing,and define the comprehensive benefit of prefabricated steel structure housing into three dimensions: economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit;The literature research method is used to sort out the literature related to the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated steel structure housing,initially select 19 evaluation indicators,then conduct a questionnaire,use the Spss23 software to analyze the reliability and validity of the collected data,retain the indicators that passed the test,and then establish the comprehensive benefits evaluation index system of prefabricated steel structure housing and interpret the indicators.(2)This paper introduces the application steps of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method and combs the matter-element extension evaluation method,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of prefabricated steel structure housing.(3)Using the case study method,taking a prefabricated steel structure residential project in Shandong Province as an example,firstly,the weight size of each indicator was initially determined by applying the hierarchical analysis method,and then use the entropy weight method to modify the weight of the indicators obtained,and then build a comprehensive benefit evaluation model of prefabricated steel structure residential based on the matter-element extension theory,by calculating the comprehensive correlation degree,the comprehensive benefit of the prefabricated steel structure residential project studied is determined as "good".(4)According to the results of the evaluation model,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated steel structure housing,such as improving the government supervision mechanism,strengthening the government incentive policy,strengthening enterprise management,and optimizing the public opinion environment,to provide some guidance for the development of prefabricated steel structure housing in China. |
