Research On Optimization Of TL Group Measurement Management Information System

With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railways,the importance of railway measurement,which provides technical support for transportation safety and production,becomes more and more prominent.Measurement management information system involves tens of thousands of national railway personnel trainings and examinations,building thousands of standards of measurement(review)and traceability of millions of measuring tools.To ensure the safe and efficient management for the measuring elements,we need to use modern management ideas and advanced IT technology to continuously upgrade the existing metering management information system based on the management needs and development planning of the enterprises.This paper summarizes the current situation of enterprise informatization at home and abroad,and gives a brief introduction to relevant concepts and theoretical methods.The general situation of railway metrology management is introduced,and the existing problems in the existing system are statistically analyzed through quantitative analysis method,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.What’s more,this paper analyzes the optimization needs of the core business of metering management,including some specific needs in the six core modules:metrologists,traceability measuring tools,establishment of standard(review),dictionary of codes,design of authority management,and linkage work.This paper puts forward the optimization ideas and methods for the above modules by using methods,such as business process reengineering,big data,RBAC model.The content of the research includes the optimization of the training and evaluation process of metrologists,the standardization of the traceability measuring tools,the decomposition and simplification of the online establishment of standard(review),the formulation of dictionary of codes naming rules,and the transformation of the user authority module based on the RBAC model Upgrade,refine the business process of the linkage work of the measurement institute.Finally,the optimization implementation guarantee of measurement information system is expounded,and the solution ideas are given from the aspects of fund,infrastructure,network security,and risk countermeasures.TL Group Measurement Management Information System is a typical management information system.The discussion on metrology personnel,measurement traceability,optimization of core module business process of standard building(review),design of code dictionary,design of complex data authority and optimization scheme of inter-unit business collaboration are of certain reference value for the optimization and upgrading of other enterprise management information systems.
