| The JC Company a world-renowned auto seat supplier and a top 500 enterprise in the world,has good customer reputation and large market share in China.With the China’s auto market ushered in a new round of development opportunities,JC Company will increase market share and expand product influence as a new overall strategic plan.Under the existing industrial layout conditions,for JC Company,the overall production capacity has become a problem to be solved urgently.In this paper,the production capacity improvement problems of the Auto Seat Frame assembly line were studied.The following tasks are mainly accomplished:(1)Analyze the status of the Auto Seat Frame assembly line and find out the bottleneck station.Through investigation in the assembly line,found the assembly line is facing the lack of capacity,work imbalance phenomenon.In the view of the above phenomenon,determination of the operation time of each station using the stopwatch time study and find out the bottleneck effect of the assembly line production capacity.(2)Optimize the working content of the bottleneck station and adjust the work content of other stations.Aiming at the bottleneck,the work of the bottleneck station is studied through the process analysis.Using"5W1H" questioning technology to find out the work content that should be optimized and improved in the bottleneck station.The working method of bottleneck station is optimized according to the four principles of"ECRS" and the economic principle of motion.At the same time,the work content of other stations has been adjusted reasonably,so that the assembly line tends to be relatively balanced,which greatly improves the production capacity and saves the cost.The research of this paper can not only improve the capacity of the assembly line,but also reduce the operation cost.The research methods and ideas can provide some reference for the overall production capacity of other production lines of JC Company. |
