Based on the goal of sustainable development and the requirement of structural reform on the supply side,the state vigorously promotes the development of assembly construction industry.in Tianjin,as the largest heavy industry city in the north,it has unique basic advantages in the development of assembly building industry.However,compared with the development of Beijing,Shanghai and many other cities,the comprehensive development level of assembly building industry in Tianjin is not high,and there is still a big gap with the development goal of construction industry modernization.In this paper,Using the literature analysis,identify a number of factors affecting the development of the assembly building industry,further with the help of expert consultation method to identify the impact of Tianjin assembly building industry development factors,and ultimately identified 22 factors,based on these factors to set relevant items,questionnaire distribution,research data obtained by factor analysis.With the help of SPSS21.0 which is a data analysis tool,the obtained data were analyzed by factor analysis,and eight common factors were finally obtained.According to the characteristics of its corresponding factors,it is named as production mode factor,management mode factor,government power factor,government behavior factor,enterprise power factor,enterprise behavior factor,economic factor and market factor.Based on these eight common factors,22 basic influencing factors are classified and an index system of influencing factors is established.Based on the analysis of these influencing factors,the system boundary is delimited,the relevant system dynamics research results are consulted,the causal relationship diagram and stock flow diagram of the development of assembly building industry are drawn according to the system dynamics theory,and the system dynamics model of the influencing factors of the development of assembly building industry is established.Through sensitivity analysis,we further observe the changes of the system under different policy control scenarios.The results show that under different policy control scenarios,the main observed variables of the system have significant growth,but the growth rate is quite different,which shows that government financial policy support,government project guidance,government administrative support,The government infrastructure investment has a certain impact on the development of assembly construction industry,but the role of the development of the system industry and focus on different ways.Among them,financial and economic policy support has a significant role in improving the economic effect,enhancing the willingness of enterprises to develop and expanding the scale of assembly construction market;The government’s basic supporting investment mainly acts on the promotion of industrialization level;The government administrative support has a greater impact on the development willingness of enterprises,and has a less significant impact on other observed variables;Project guidance has a significant role in promoting the expansion of the scale of the assembly building market.Based on the results of system simulation operation analysis,this paper puts forward some relevant strategies and suggestions to promote the development of Tianjin assembly construction industry from the aspects of enhancing the development willingness of enterprises,increasing the input of basic matching,and adjusting the focus of policy by stages.
