| Under the background of the continuous development of the Internet era,construction practitioners are constantly aware that information technology will affect the production efficiency of the construction industry to a great extent.As one of the supports of the national economy,the construction industry needs to accelerate its pace and realize the information transformation as soon as possible.As a modern information means,Building Information Modeling(BIM)can establish a digital management platform from the decision-making,design,construction and operation process of engineering projects,and realize the combination of building entities and digital virtual entities.It will be one of the important tools for improving production efficiency and realizing informatization in the construction industry.At present,because of the good development prospects of policies and BIM applications,the research on BIM application benefits is increasing day by day,but most of them are limited to the analysis of a certain stage of the project or some benefit indicators and lack of systematic BIM application benefits research for one party.Meanwhile,from the application value of BIM,BIM application led by investors can maximize its benefits.Therefore,this paper will study the benefit evaluation of BIM application in engineering projects from the perspective of investors.First of all,based on the development status of construction industry and BIM application in China,this paper puts forward that the research content of this paper is the benefit evaluation of BIM application in engineering projects based on investors.Secondly,it introduces the related concepts of BIM application,the implementation arrangement,benefits of BIM application led by investors and expounds the related concepts of benefit evaluation.On this basis,using the methods of literature research and expert investigation,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of BIM application benefit of investor’s engineering projects with 5 dimensions and 15 benefit evaluation indexes.Then,using the matterelement extension theory,the evaluation standard,classic domain and node domain of each benefit evaluation index are determined,and the weight of the paper index is weighted by the questionnaire survey method.Finally,taking a large shopping mall project as an example,the BIM application benefit of this project is evaluated from the perspective of investors and the comprehensive evaluation of BIM application benefit of this project is better which also proves the feasibility of this benefit evaluation model.Based on the investor’s perspective,this paper studies and analyzes the benefit evaluation of BIM application,scientifically selects the benefit evaluation index and systematically constructs the benefit evaluation model by using the matter-element extension theory which provides a method for the investor’s benefit evaluation of BIM application. |
