Analysis And Evaluate On Thecomprehensive Benefit Of Shenyang Hui Sheng New City Assembly Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of the real estate industry in China,the construction industry has also made great progress.According to the data of the National Statistical Yearbook 2018,the added value of the construction industry in 2017 is about 5.57 trillion yuan.It accounts for 1.21% of the total economic volume of our country and is an important part of our national economy.The booming development of the construction industry also causes a series of problems such as resource waste,energy consumption and environmental damage,so how to improve the efficiency of the construction industry,reduce the waste of resources and energy consumption has become the focus of attention.Construction industrialization is the trend of the future development of the global construction industry.By adopting the prefabricated building model,the resource and energy consumption caused by the current cast-in-place building model can be effectively reduced,and it is an urgent need to improve the development of the construction industry in China.Under this background,more and more attention has been paid to the prefabricated building model in our country.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in China by analyzing and evaluating the overall benefits of prefabricated buildings,and according to the evaluation results,putting forward targeted and feasible suggestions.Through literature review,it is found that there are a lot of researches on prefabricated architecture at home and abroad in recent years,but from the point of view of comprehensive benefit,the research is less.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to promote the rapid and healthy development of prefabricated buildings.By selecting the assembly project of Huisheng New City in Shenyang as the research object,this paper analyzes and calculates the benefits of prefabricated buildings from the ecological,economic and social perspectives.On this basis,the comprehensive benefit price index is selected;secondly,the three-level evaluation index system is constructed by using AHP method,and the weight of each index is determined.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of Huisheng Xincheng project in Shenyang is carried out by using fuzzy cluster synthesis method.According to evaluation This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,puts forward some suggestions for improvement,contributes to the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,and provides important reference value for the relevant departments of the country to make decisions or issue supporting policies.
