Research On Contract Risk Management Of A Port Logistics Enterprises

With the change of demand,the development of port logistics has become an inevitable trend.Contract is a very important means to realize the development of various production and operation and the implementation of foreign economy.The performance of the contract content can make the enterprise obtain the corresponding economic benefits.However,due to various reasons,many enterprises do not pay enough attention to contract risk management,and the loss caused by contract risk seriously affects the development of enterprises.Based on the existing problems in contract risk management of A port logistics enterprise,this study takes A port logistics enterprise as the research subject to carry out contract risk management research.Through A series of optimized scheme design and scheme implementation,the loss caused by contract is reduced for this enterprise.This paper first uses the literature research method,through the domestic and foreign literature research and analysis,found the actual value of this research and the imperfections of previous research,mutual comparison,explore the innovation points of this paper;At the same time,the relevant theories involved in this study are expounded,and the generalized citation is used to transform the mature theories into popular language,which provides a theoretical basis for the following research on contract risk management.In combination with the practical background of A port logistics enterprise contract management,starting from the present situation of the paper summarizes the problems existing in the enterprise,will find the detailed analysis of the causes of problem,using the methods of comparative study,the longitudinal comparison data in recent years,the enterprise found in the comparison,analysis of the impact of corporate internal and external factors.According to the problems analyzed,the optimization scheme suitable for the enterprise was designed to identify the risks.The brainstorming method and causal analysis method were used to accurately identify the risk points,and then the matrix diagram method was used to evaluate the risks.The identified risk points were summarized and the most influential risk points were selected for optimal design.Finally,the designed optimization scheme was substituted into the enterprise,and the optimization effect was tracked and studied,and improvements were made according to the results.The method of comparative study was adopted to compare the data before and after the optimization scheme,so as to clarify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
