Research On The Learning Mechanisms Analysis Of Industrialization Talents For Prefabricated Construction

Recently,China is propelling the industry modernization of the prefabricated construction,and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry has reached a consensus in the majority of society.It is found that with the staged achievements,more demands are put forward for its industrialization talents.Including the quantity and quality of industrialization talents,and the reserve leading talents are undergoing severe tests.Based on this,this paper started from the characteristics of industrialization talents,analyzed the obstacles that affect the learning of industrialization talents,and then found the learning mechanism of industrialization talents.The main purpose is to provide feasible suggestions for the study of industrialization talents,the formulation of training strategies and the reinforcement of short boards for enterprises,as well as decision-making reference for the government departments to guide the development of talents and formulate relevant policies.This paper firstly analyzed the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign technical talents learning and the research and development of domestic prefabricated construction industrialization talents learning;secondly,it analyzed the characteristics of the industrialization talents;After that,according to the related standards and norms,the learning obstacles of the industrialization talents were identified preliminarily and revised through interviews of experts.Finally,the learning mechanism of industrialization talents were found,the operating rules of learning characteristics,learning path and learning realization were found.The following main findings were obtained from the research.firstly,according to the industrialization talent than the traditional construction workers in the work content of the change,the types of industrialization talents include the first type of industrialization talents,the second type of industrialization talents and the third type of industrialization talents.On this basis,the status quo of three types of industrial talents,including learning expectation,technical quality,age status,demand type,mobility,supply and demand relationship,educational background and occupational recognition degree also show the opposite.And in the professional technical ability,knowledge integration ability,technology innovation ability and continuous learning ability also put forward different degree of requirements;Secondly,the order of the importance of the key obstacle factors affecting the learning of the industrialization talents of assembly building is: policy environment >enterprise environment > project environment > industrialized talents themselves > market environment;Thirdly,the learning characteristics of industrialization talents are obvious differences in six aspects: technical ability,internal dependence,learning process and direction of effort;Fourthly,the learning path of industrialization talents includes enterprise apprenticeship,enterprise school,experience and lessons of historical projects,strategic long-term cooperation,investigation and learning,collection and analysis of project data,employment with certification,competition,examination,pre-assembly of experimental building,brains storm,innovation studio,open communication,real-time record,periodic summary and standardized output;Fifthly,the learning mechanism of industrialization talents is the operation rules among learning characteristics,learning paths and learning realization.It is learning characteristics determine learning paths,learning paths promote learning realization and learning realization influence learning characteristics.The theoretical value of this paper is to get the characteristics of industrialization talents,and to identify the learning obstacles of industrialization talents.The research enriches the theoretical system of industrialization talent of prefabricated construction,increases the basic data support of relevant research.The practical value lies in creatively putting forward three types of industrial talents and the learning mechanism of industrialization talents,which provides a practical plan for the study of industrialization talents and the training management of enterprises,and promotes the formation and long-term development of the industrialization talents team.
