With the steady growth of national economy,the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency and large pollution exposed by traditional construction methods are becoming more and more serious.Building Information Model(BIM)is known as another cross-era information reform in the construction industry after CAD.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have confirmed that BIM can improve the problems caused by traditional construction methods and lead the construction industry to the information transformation.However,due to various reasons,the application of BIM in China has not been fully popularized as a whole.As the main force of the construction industry,it is difficult for construction enterprises to apply BIM.Therefore,based on the perspective of construction enterprises,this study makes a comprehensive and in-depth research and analysis on the influencing factors of BIM implementation in construction enterprises,and puts forward targeted and feasible suggestions and measures,which helps to understand the obstacles in the whole process of BIM implementation in construction enterprises and promote the information transformation of construction enterprises.Based on the analysis of 38 literatures related to BIM application at home and abroad,29 obstacle factors are identified.On the basis of expert opinions,the factors that have less influence on construction enterprises are deleted,and the remaining obstacles are classified and reorganized.Finally,six categories(26)of barriers affecting the implementation of BIM in construction enterprises are identified,including technology,economy,organization,personnel,rules and environment.The 26 obstacle factors that were finally identified were collected through questionnaire surveys,and after screening out questionnaires with low questionnaire quality and relatively unfamiliar with the BIM field,they were imported into SPSS 27.0 software;the data obtained was collated and analyzed by the factor analysis method;and the main obstacles affecting the implementation of BIM in construction enterprises were finally identified,namely,rule environment obstacles,thinking conversion obstacles,software obstacles,expense obstacles,and enterprise implementation obstacles.Obstacles to enterprise management and benefits.Based on the judgment of BIM experts on the hierarchical relationship between these seven major obstacle factors,the ISM-MICMAC model is constructed by using MATLAB software.The results of the ISM model show that the surface factors that hinder the implementation of BIM in construction enterprises are software obstacle factors,thinking conversion obstacle factors,enterprise management obstacle factors and benefit obstacle factors.middle-level factors are cost-based barriers and enterprise implementation-based barriers;the deep factor is the obstacle factor of regular environment.Based on MICMAC method,the main obstacle factors with strong driving force and weak dependence are regular environment obstacle factors,cost obstacle factors and enterprise implementation obstacle factors.Finally,according to the results of ISM-MIMAC model,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the promotion of BIM application in construction enterprises.
