As an important equipment for powder surface coating modification,the independent research and manufacture of CVD rotary kiln can help accelerate the research process in the field of ultrafine powder in China.In recent years,some domestic enterprises began to carry out independent research and development of CVD rotary kiln.In this paper,the control system of CVD rotary kiln was researched with the help of the school-enterprise cooperation platform,and the main research contents are as follows:1.According to the principle of modular design,an integrated control scheme with HMI as the production information interaction center and PLC as the logic control core was designed based on the detailed analysis of the control requirements of CVD rotary kiln.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of factory production information sharing,an information sharing software structure based on the Client / Server model was designed.2.The hardware selection and configuration of each module of the control system were completed,and the PLC control program was designed on the basis of the hardware.For the pure time delay and time-varying characteristics of temperature control in CVD rotary kiln,a self-tuning PID algorithm based on fuzzy control theory was designed.After the temperature control algorithm was simulated and optimized in MATLAB Simulink,the accurate control of the furnace temperature was achieved.In view of the harsh working conditions of high temperature and dust filled in the CVD rotary kiln during the production process,a suitable pressure sampling pipeline was designed.At the same time,an automatic pressure adjustment algorithm was designed which solved the pressure fluctuation in the production process.3.The remote monitoring system was developed in MFC,and the real-time data sharing between the remote computer and PLC was realized with the help of OPC+TCP communication protocol.The server PC at the production site also provides a compilation environment for temperature control algorithm and pressure automatic adjustment algorithm.4.The experiments of temperature control and pressure automatic adjustment of CVD rotary kiln were carried out to test the performance indexes of the control system,and the algorithms was optimized according to the actual control effect of temperature and pressure.Finally,all the indicators of the control system met the production requirements.
