Research On The Precision Implementation Of Electric Power Public Service In Dongguan

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a decision to improve the public service system.Power sector as an important public function unit,society should actively thinking about how to improving the quality of public service,public service precision has become a trend,this paper argues that from the perspective of the public service of precision to measure electric power department public service quality,is beneficial to optimize the mode of service means,the balance of economic interests and public interests,give attention to two or morethings We will improve the quality of public services and customer satisfaction,and improve the efficiency of public services.At the same time,it can provide useful reference and help for other public service providers.As an important part of the social public service,the electric power sector has been making great contributions to the social and economic development for a long time.However,with the increasing opening of the electricity sales market and the continuous advancement of the reform of public enterprises and institutions,the electric power sector faces many severe challenges in providing public services.The traditional extensive management can not meet the current needs,and the increasing service demand in comparison with the capacity and level of public service is gradually lagging behind.Therefore,the precision of public service is an inevitable requirement for the optimization of service quality and improvement of service level in modern management.In this paper,through literature reading method,case analysis method,multidisciplinary intersection method,interview method,combined with the new public service theory,collaborative governance theory,fine society theory,the precise implementation of Dongguan electric power public service to carry out research.This paper aims to expatiate the implementation status of precision of Dongguan electric power public service,analyze the existing problems and causes,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The core purpose of this paper is to solve the current problem of "demarcation" of Dongguan electric public service,improve the precision level of Dongguan electric public service,and improve the precision implementation efficiency of Dongguan electric public service in the future.To be specific,first of all,the relevant policies and practical exploration results are summarized,focusing on the objective evaluation from the identification method,decision-making efficiency,supply quality,feedback effect and other aspects.Second to dongguan power problems that exist in the implementation of public service and the cause of detailed analysis,think that the public needs to identify the differences of the current existing insufficiency,the initiative of public participation in decision-making and coordination is poorer,standardized service process and control remains to be strengthen,supply "one size fits all" and "unbalanced" phenomenon common problems.The specific causes from the public service concept,knowledge and ability,service means and other aspects of in-depth analysis.Finally,the successful experience of the precision of electric power public service at home and abroad is summarized,and the practice worth learning from is summarized.The implementation of the precision of electric power public service in Dongguan is discussed,and the path construction is focused on the identification of public demand based on the precision of big data technology.In the research conclusion,the arguments scattered in each chapter are summarized and the research results are summarized.By combining relevant theories,this paper studies the problem of precision service of Dongguan’s electric power service,and formulates strategies in line with the precision development of Dongguan’s electric power service.In fact,this is also to conform to the development of market economy,follow the pace of electric power reform.
