Research On The Fourth Generation Residential Design In China

With the development of science and Technology of Housing Development in China,housing has become a special commodity.Developers have given various symbols to housing.There are architectural style as the representative of the cultural symbols,new concepts as the symbol of the label,and so on,so the real estate market a variety of symbols cloud.One of the fourth generation of residential projects,in all parts of the country are hyped,all kinds.Through these phenomena to see its surface,is one-sided,irrational.Based on the methods of literature research and Market Research,this paper comprehensively summarizes the current situation of the practice and theory of the fourth-generation housing,to understand and summarize the research progress,research ideas and technical routes of the fourth-generation housing at home and abroad,and to master the main technical methods and design means now included in the implementation by applying for and approving the design projects of the fourth-generation housing,comb their theoretical system and technical means.First of all,in view of the difference of the Fourth Generation Housing Division method put forward by some scholars,the paper clarifies the method of the intergenerational division of Housing,and puts forward the idea of the fourth generation housing.Secondly,the connotation of the fourth-generation housing is analyzed,focusing on the philosophical origin of housing,the fourth-generation housing’s view of human habitation and the fourth-generation housing’s view of culture,found the exterior features of the Fourth Generation House.The external characteristics of the fourth generation residence are mainly manifested in three aspects: Ecological residential environment,functional innovation between units and intelligent building.Finally,Take Kangxin Garden as an example to plan and design the fourth generation of residential ideas,basic characteristics and technical means.Generally speaking,the concept of this new type of residence is relatively new.There are still many problems in the application of design methods and related technical regulations.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the new residential planning model and design methods and other technical issues,and finally can put forward the corresponding planning model to solve the problems encountered in the new residential design.
