Mining On The Tacit Knowledge Of Craftsmen And Innovative Design Of Eight-mast Vertical Windmill

The traditional Chinese Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill used to be an ancient mechanical device that used wind energy to lift water in the Lixiahe area in northern Jiangsu.Due to the popularization of technologies like electric pumps in modern times,has faded out of people’s vision.Modern society pays more and more attention to the use of clean energy.At the same time,various outdoor mobile lifestyles such as camping are also integrated into people’s lives.The traditional Chinese Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill has the advantage of converting wind energy into kinetic energy.Making reasonable use of this advantage and develop innovative designs for portable products is on the agenda.First of all,calculate the word co-occurrence in the text of the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill,construct the co-occurrence vocabulary network,and identify this cooccurrence network as the tacit knowledge structure of the craftsmen who made the EightMast Vertical Windmill.The interpretation of the word co-occurrence network sums up the essentials of traditional craftsmen to make an Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill.Secondly,a field investigation was carried out on the traditional Chinese Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill,and the size,material,and shape of the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill were determined.Taking the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill in the Lixiahe area of northern Jiangsu as a prototype,according to the production methods of the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill,combined with the "ancient machinery reconstruction method" in the history of science and technology,the components of the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill were digitized.It is restored and combined with the Dragon Bone Bracelet to show the original appearance of the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill.Thirdly,using the digitally restored traditional Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill as a prototype,the miniaturized and improved design of the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill is carried out.Based on the miniaturized and improved design of the Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill,the traditional Eight-Mast Vertical Windmill was developed to inspire the innovative design of the future windmill for outdoor sports users such as camping.The appearance of innovative design is based on natural conch curves and aerodynamics,which is named Bio-around.Finally,A one-way fluid-structure coupling analysis of "Bio-around" was carried out through computer simulation experiments.Compare the maximum force point of the product as a whole and of the fan blade with the material strength at that point.The results show that the force is within the allowable strength range of the material,verifying the feasibility of "Bio-around" under the rated wind speed.Compared with the existing giant windmills standing on the sea or the top of a mountain,Bio-around can meet people’s needs for charging mobile phones in the wild and has specific application innovations.Based on the natural curve of conch and aerodynamics,the product has been explored in bionic design,and the collapsible silicone material is selected as the material,which is easy to carry and has a certain market prospect.
