| In recent years,with the vigorous development of China’s aerospace industry,the exploration of space has continued to deepen,and the research and development of aerospace power system has also made great achievements.Such as the early Shenzhou series of manned rockets,the Long March series of rockets,and the later Chang’e series of lunar probes and the Tiangong series of space laboratories.etc.At the same time,the research and development of space power system is also constantly put forward new requirements,including improving engine performance,improving propellant combustion efficiency,reducing design costs,reducing environmental pollution,shortening the development cycle and so on.As the core component of the engine,the atomization characteristics of the injector is an important indicator to evaluate the performance of gas fuel engines,solid fuel engines and liquid fuel engines in the field of power machinery and engineering.Its technical performance determines the atomization mixing effect of the propellant and the engine combustion efficiency.Therefore,the design of a fully functional spray system is an important measure to ensure the accurate measurement of droplet diameter and velocity distribution in the spray field of the engine injector and to evaluate the atomization characteristics of the injector.The article has launched a research on the measurement and control system of the spray system.The design and development of this system includes two parts: the development of the monitoring part of the upper computer and the development of the measurement and control part of the lower computer.Focus on the upper computer monitoring part.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduce the process flow of the measurement and control system,analyze the functional requirements of the measurement and control system based on the actual control needs of the site,including design goals,functional block diagrams,performance indicators,environmental conditions,etc.,and propose a design plan for the measurement and control system.After confirming the design plan,carry out the software and hardware design of the system.The upper computer monitoring part is developed by the SIMATIC WinCC configuration software combined with the industrial computer to develop related control pictures and monitoring pictures,and uses the Botu TIA Portal V16 to develop the PLC control program;the lower computer measurement and control hardware part uses Siemens S7-1500 as the main controller,online electromagnetic Valves are controlled,and the hardware devices such as the host computer IPC,display,PLC module and so on are selected;WinCC and S7-1500 communicate through the TCP/IP protocol.(2)The parameters that need to be collected and processed by the measurement and control system are analyzed,including the meaning of the parameters and the method of data processing,value interval,accuracy,etc.;and automatic processing of some main parameters is realized by programming.(3)Complete the configuration design of the host computer.Through the interface configuration design of data report,data trend curve,alarm prompt,control mode switching,etc.,the integrity of data storage,the visibility of data query,the visibility of faults,and the timely alarm are realized.Performance and convenience of operation;through Matlab simulation experiment,the parameter situation closest to the actual industrial site was simulated,further demonstrating the practicability of the system.The design realizes the automation of the entire experiment process,the experiment process can be customized independently through special measurement and control software,the visual real-time monitoring of the test process and related physical quantities,the persistent storage of experimental result data,the visual display of experimental result data and intelligent analysis and other functions.Through the design,the operation process is simplified,the labor intensity of the experiment personnel is reduced,and the stability and reliability of the experiment process is ensured to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the experiment data.It is convenient for related researchers to quickly extract and process meaningful data related to the experiment from the huge experimental result data,and accelerate the conversion efficiency of research results. |
