| Since the founding of the People ’s Republic of China,the construction industry has played an increasingly important role in China’ s urbanization process,and is closely related to China ’s economic development and the improvement of people’ s life.At present,China is still the dominant country of traditional industries.As one of the pillar industries,the construction industry relies too much on the extensive development mode of high input,high emission and low output.In the long run,it will not only cause irreversible harm to the resources and the environment,but also seriously restrict the production efficiency of the construction industry.How to coordinate the relationship between the resource and environmental carrying capacity and the construction industry is the key to ensure the long-term healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.In order to implementation the Green Development concept,The research think of resource consume and some similar factor,such as carbon emissions from the construction industry as non-expected output into the construction industry GTFP,using the ML index to measure the GTFP and disintegrate index,and using spatial methods to research the spatial differentiation and evolution trend of GTFP;selected environmental regulation,per capita GDP quadratic term,industry structural and human capital to structure the regression model to discuss the driving mechanism of different factors for green total factor productivity in construction industry.the applicability of the "potter hypothesis" and the environmental kuznets curve in construction industry research was tested.geo-weighted regression model was constructed to discuss the non-stationarity and spatial heterogeneity of different drivers.The empirical results show that :(1)for every one percentage point increase in the green technology progress index of construction industry,the average green total factor productivity increases by 0.7%,and technological innovation is the source of promoting green total factor productivity.Lower green scale efficiency is the central factor to block GTFP growth.(2)The spatial effect of GTFP show the difference,and the polarization effect is significant.For higher GTFP,most regions gather in the eastern and western in China,the high efficiency areas of green technology are mainly in the central and western regions,and the high efficiency areas of green technology progress index are mainly in the eastern and western regions.(3)Environmental regulation,per capita economic level,structural adjustment,human capital and opening have positive effects on the GTFP.Among them,environmental regulation and per capita economic on GTFP confirms the applicability of "Porter hypothesis" and environmental Kuznets curve in the study of construction industry.In summary: the construction should consist the concept of Green Development concept,increase R&D cost,consist innovation,promote technology copy,absorption and innovation,and form effective technology diffusion and spillover;take into account the protection of resources and environment,optimize energy consumption structure;maintain reasonable allocation of elements and speed up industrial structure tune-up and transform;consist the "Belt and Road" police,learn newest technology and management to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry. |
