Abstract/Summary:
The original goal of BIM technology in the design stage is to replace traditional CAD technology and upgrade architectural design to digital three-dimensional design.After more than ten years of development,BIM technology has not developed as quickly as expected in the architectural design stage due to the constraints of resources and technology,and is mostly used only for the verification of CAD design results or as a technical means for pipeline integration.It runs counter to The original intention of BIM technology development.With the introduction of informatization goals such as "digital construction" and "urban information model",the necessity and urgency of BIM forward design have become more and more prominent.In this context,this dissertation goes deep into the domestic architectural design field,carefully studies the current situation of BIM application in design enterprises,and strives to explore the risk factors of comprehensive BIM forward design in design enterprises,so as to provide architectural design enterprises with rapid development of BIM forward design and effective avoidance of transformation risks.Reference.The research contents of this dissertation include:First,through literature analysis,the risk factors of the overall BIM forward design of architectural design companies are identified,summarized and merged,and 18 risk factors in five dimensions are preliminarily determined.Next,The expert interview method was used to deeply optimize the risk factors of the preliminary ranking.Questionnaire survey was used according to the 16 improved risks,and factor analysis method was used to verify the validity and reliability of the survey results.Finally,16 risk factor indicators were identified.Then,using the combined method of DEMATEL-AISM,on the basis of the above indicators,a risk factor analysis model was established.Based on 16 risk factors,a total of 12 people in the industry were invited to score the impact relationship between risk factors,and the impact was sorted out.The relationship matrix,using the normalization method of the maximum value method of row sum and chord,respectively,obtains two sets of normalized matrices,thereby outputting two sets of scatter plots,topological hierarchy maps and element weight values based on the Cartesian coordinate system.The invariance of topology is discussed by comparing and analyzing the two groups of calculation results.Through the analysis of the Cartesian coordinate system,the confrontation hierarchy topology,and the element weight,the impact path and source risk of the risk factors for the full implementation of BIM positive design by architectural design enterprises are finally determined.Finally,based on the above analysis,targeted implementation strategies and suggestions are put forward for architectural design enterprises,which has reference value for architectural design enterprises to fully implement BIM forward design and help design enterprises to change their information.
