Analysis On The Development Strategy Of Shanghai Port Intelligence--Based On SWOT-AHP Model

The rapid development of global information technology has had a major impact on the port.The combination of information technology and port industry leads to industrial upgrading,which greatly improves the production,service,management,operation level and efficiency.With the development of intelligent technology,the construction of port intelligence has become a hotspot in the development of major ports in the world.Shanghai Port is one of the most important seaports in China,whose container throughput is the first and cargo throughput is the second in the world.Huge volume and busy business bring great pressure to port work.In order to optimize the allocation,improve production capacity and find new growth points,Shanghai Port actively develops the construction of port intelligence.In order to better guide and serve the construction of port intelligence,it is necessary to discuss its influencing factors and strategic choices.This paper will choose SWOT-AHP model: First,it will analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Shanghai port intelligent development.Then the expert scoring table is generated by Yaahp software,and the weight scoring of each factor is obtained through expert investigation.Finally,the matrix is generated according to the weight score,and the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the matrix are calculated according to the AHP method.After that,the comprehensive weights are sorted and the strategic quadrilateral is drawn.According to the ranking and quadrant of strategic quadrilateral,the conclusion is drawn that the strategic choice of development of Shanghai port intelligent needs to adhere to the growth strategy.In the process of analyzing the factors of strategic choice,according to the comprehensive weight,the four key factors affecting the construction of Shanghai port intelligence are profit value guidance,environmental policy support,information technology development,and technological talent gathering.Finally,based on the analysis of the key factors and the results of strategic choices,and refer to the experience of domestic and foreign port intelligence construction,this paper gives reasonable suggestions.
