Research On Quality Management Of D Coastal Radio Station Reconstruction Project

D coastal radio station is not only an important coastal radio station in China,but also an important station registered internationally to implement international conventions.Therefore,the high-quality completion of the reconstruction project of D coastal radio station can not only play a very important role in the maritime navigation safety of the sea area under its jurisdictions,but also better fulfill the international conventions and show the image of a maritime power.On the basis of learning from the failure experience and lessons,under the constraints of predetermined budget and construction period,how to improve the quality of D coastal radio station reconstruction project as much as possible is the core and focus of this paper.This paper takes the quality management of D coastal radio station reconstruction project as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature reading,investigation and interview,case analysis and so on.According to the ideas of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,the third chapter firstly sorts out the quality problems and hidden dangers existing in the process of the reconstruction project based on the introduction of the general situation of the reconstruction project,including the impact of quality problems of the project approval stage,design stage,construction stage.Then,the internal logic correlation among the quality problems is sorted out,and it is found that the project approval stage,as the initial stage of the D coastal radio station construction project,has a more important impact on the project quality.The fourth chapter first analyzes the main and secondary problems in the quality problems.Through the analysis results,it is found that the primary problem is that the preliminary work research in the project approval stage is not meticulous.Then,the reasons of quality problems are sorted out from the aspects of human,machinery,materials,methods and environment,and the reasons of quality problems in each stage are analyzed and summarized by using the fishbone diagram method.Finally,the reasons of quality problems are classified by importance level.According to the result of quality problems cause analysis,the fifth chapter put forward the corresponding solutions to improve the quality of construction projects,including the based on PDCA cycle method to improve information communication,based on three stages control method for the quality control of materials and machinery,based on the total quality management theory for all staff,whole process of quality management,etc.It is hoped that the solutions studied in this paper can effectively improve the quality of the reconstruction project of D coastal radio station,and provide valuable ideas for the construction projects of other similar radio station.
