| The full value chain is the basis of all business activities of an enterprise.It aims to create more value and benefits.It links all the activities of each production link to form a circular chain,which is the full value chain in the production activities of an enterprise.And lean the whole value chain system is based on the enterprise value chain strategy and improvement direction,based on the change of the business overall effect,on the basis of lean production and lean management import enterprise overall production and operating activities of the whole value chain thinking,eliminate the enterprise all activities of misbehaviour,eliminate any form of waste in the process of operation,In this way,work efficiency will be improved,production cost will be reduced,market share and customer satisfaction will be improved,and finally a new management concept and mode that will create the greatest social and economic value will be realized.In recent years,XD Company has introduced the production concept of A.Brain,adopted the mode of gradual promotion and pilot first,and implemented the work of value stream analysis,standard operation,metronomical layout of assembly line,TPM,visual management,5S management on production site,etc.Although some achievements have been achieved in the "lean production module",For example,the assessment indicators of the assembly process are constantly improved and the working environment level of the workshop is significantly improved.However,there are still some problems in the scope promotion,continuous management,evaluation system and institutional guarantee,which are specifically reflected in :(1)the improvement results can only be reflected in the surface or part rather than the whole dimension.(2)Lean management is only promoted in the production link,and the level of lean management and promotion in the production link is uneven.(3)The lean effect is only more serious than the surface and the rebound phenomenon is relatively serious.(4)The lean R&D,lean supply,lean quality and lean marketing are not carried out,and the lean full value chain management system is not formed.In this paper,combining theory and practice,the research object is the research of XD company’s small batch ordering,multi-variety supply mode caused by research and development cycle,delivery time,product quality,cost management and production efficiency,and the necessity of lean full value chain system construction is derived.Through digital and information methods and lean thinking,various problems existing in current production and operation activities are sorted out,and analyzed and improved item by item,so as to build lean production,lean research and development,lean supply chain,lean marketing,lean quality and other modules.Through the integration of each lean management module,the whole lean full value chain management system is constructed for application,and the product line operation management mode is realized.Eliminate all improper behaviors in the process of enterprise operation,eliminate any form of waste in the process of operation,effectively improve work efficiency,reduce production costs,and achieve the maximum value of the enterprise.It provides digital information production mode for many enterprises,realizes the whole process of digital information control from marketing,research and development design,production and manufacturing,supply chain and quality inspection,and provides valuable experience for the promotion and application of digital manufacturing factories.Finally,based on the research and implementation of lean build the whole value chain management system application,operation index as evaluation objects,and to analyze the effect after the implementation of comparison,and explains the lean necessity in the process of the whole value chain management system in the enterprise operation and enterprise management to create value,ultimately achieve expected effect of study. |
