Application Research Of Lean Construction In Wujianlou Project Management

Lean construction is an extension of Lean manufacturing,it is the application of advanced management concepts in construction industry.Lean manufacturing derived from the Production mode of Toyota In Japan,which is an advanced thought and management concept to reduce waste,pursue zero inventory and maximize value.According to the existing literature,lean construction can be divided into two parts.One is the application of lean concept in the construction industry in a broad sense,which pays more attention to "lean" thought and summarizes the categories belonging to lean into lean construction.The other is the narrow application of lean concept,focusing more attention on lean construction or lean manufacturing concept,thought,tools and other aspects.This paper mainly focuses on lean construction from a narrow level.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status quo of lean construction research through a large number of literature review.Secondly,the lean construction theory and related technologies are described,and the theoretical framework is established,which lays a foundation for the subsequent application research and the establishment of evaluation system.Thirdly,the application of lean construction in wujianlou project is studied.Aiming at the existing problems of wujianlou project,the application research is carried out from five aspects: technical management,quality management,time limit management,material management and organization management.Finally,the evaluation standard library is established,a simple and feasible evaluation system is set,and the radar map is used to visualize the level and effectiveness of the project achieved in the implementation of lean construction,and to provide the basis for decision-making and improvement direction for subsequent continuous improvement.The comprehensive management of lean construction helps to reduce waste,reduce costs and maximize the value of limited resources from multiple dimensions.However,according to the situation of the project,this paper starts from five aspects.Safety management,production management and cost management are all operated according to the company’s existing manuals and regulations,which are not involved in this paper.
