Research On The Application Of Color Psychology In The Interior Design Of Gansu University Libraries

As an integral part of university education,university libraries play a vital role in education and culture.However,compared with the development process of college education,the interior design and construction of most domestic college libraries are relatively lagging behind.As an important part of the interior design of college libraries,color plays an extremely important role.Studying the relationship between color and the psychology and behavior of college students can improve the reading environment of college readers.Based on the research on the application of color psychology in the interior design of college libraries in Gansu Province,combined with the characteristics of Gansu’s humanities and regional culture,this paper proposes suitable interior color design strategies and schemes for college libraries in Gansu.First of all,this article introduces the research background and significance of university libraries,summarizes the research status of color psychology and university libraries at home and abroad,puts forward the research content and objectives of the thesis,and limits the scope of the main population studied in the thesis.To sort out the related characteristics of color psychology,determine the scope of color in interior design,explain the role of color psychology in interior design,and summarize the application methods of color psychology in interior color design.Secondly,analyze the characteristics of university libraries,the characteristics of reading psychology and reading behavior of university students,and analyze the emotional feelings of university students on color.Through combing the excellent library interior design cases at home and abroad,summarize the interior design of university libraries.the trend of.Then,the status quo of major university libraries in Gansu was investigated and analyzed,and the main problems in the interior color design of Gansu university libraries were summarized.Based on the principles of interior color design of university libraries,combined with Gansu’s humanistic and regional culture,it was further proposed that books suitable for Gansu university libraries were proposed.The interior color design strategy of the museum and the color matching scheme of interior components.Finally,this article takes the interior renovation design of the main library of Lanzhou University of Technology as a practical case to analyze the existing spatial layout,functional division,and monotony of colors in the main library of Lanzhou University of Technology.Based on the theory of color psychology,in the design process Consider the influence of color psychology on the spatial layout,functional division,and regional culture of the library.At the same time,it analyzes the needs of college students for the interior color design of the library,and proposes an optimization plan for the interior color design of the college library to enhance the vision of the college students in the library.Comfort,improve the psychological feelings of college students in the library,and further increase the efficiency of their learning and reading in the library.It is hoped that through this design,it can provide some references for the optimization of interior color design in the construction or renovation of university libraries,so as to better create a visually suitable,comfortable and culturally strong library indoor environment for college students.
