| After the reform and open of china,the domestic construction enterprises have made great progress,as the mode of project management become more and more mature and the management methods have been innovated continuously.In 2013 at the initiative of State Belt and Road,the domestic construction enterprises went abroad one after another,ushered in the unprecedented opportunity in the global construction market,But they also faced huge challenges.In domestic market the construction enterprises built the projects with construction general contracting mode,however in the global construction market the projects are almost built by general contracting mode,The mode of EPC is that the construction enterprise undertakes the engineer,purchase and build of the project,realizing the integration of engineer,purchase and built.In the context of assuring quality and safety,the construction enterprise submits the project to the owners according to the contract.During the implementing of international EPC project,the purchase of materials and equipment is undertaken by the Chinese enterprise,who is not good at purchasing in international environment.But it is very important for the assurance of the quality and delivery timely of the materials and equipment,or it will affect the quality and schedule of the project.So it is very important for the selection of suppliers in international projects,and also it is very significant to build an index system and a mode of supplier selection and evaluation.In this thesis with the oversea projects of A company as the research object,studying the disadvantages of the supplier selection in the oversea EPC projects of A company,and proposing a more suitable index system of the supplier selection and evaluation,which is based on Entropy Method and TOPSIS Method,in order to optimizing the supplier selection of the oversea EPC projects of A company to adapt to the global construction market and enhancing the management,risk resistance capacity,and competitive power of A company.Finally through the analysis of the case of A company to test the mode we build,we hope it will be assistant for other companies and researchers. |
