Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Road Freight Transfinite And Overload Govern Policy Implementation In Qingyuan City

The illegal transfinite and overload of road trucks is very harmful,and poses a serious threat to the safety of roads,bridges and culverts and transportation.In recent years,a large number of people,funds and materials have been invested in various parts of China to control the transfinite and overload of road freight.However,illegal transfinites and overloads are repaired annually,highway and bridge damages are repaired every year,and transfinited and overloaded transports are repeatedly prohibited,rectified,and endlessly repaired,In the process of practical governance,all departments are trapped in the situation of ineffective measures,ineffective methods and unclear effects.This article uses literature research,field surveys,questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,using the relevant theories of public management,starting with the background and significance of road freight transfinite and overload governance,summarizing the research status at home and abroad,and putting forward the ideas of this article and methods,combined with relevant research theories,to elaborate the current status of the implementation of Qingyuan ’s road freight transfinite and overload control policy,summarize the measures and methods adopted by the city in the road freight transfinite and overload control,investigates and analyzes the problems and reasons of the overload control in Qingyuan City,such as the heavy task of the overload control all day,the lack of linkage mechanism in the source control,the insufficient use of scientific and technological means,and the urgent need to standardize the highway freight industry.Finally,based on some practical problems in the process of governance,it puts forward to improve the effect of the overload control we should pay attention to strengthen the cooperation between departments,reinforcing source control,strengthen the information construction of law enforcement,and standardize the freight industry.
